1. Acceptance

By accessing KlayrAI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms are supplemented by the Service Agreement, which describes subscriptions, plan limits, Meta access, acceptable use, cancellations, and customer obligations in more detail.

2. Service

KlayrAI is a read-only Meta Ads diagnostic, insights, and recommendation platform. It connects to Meta Ads through OAuth, syncs permitted ad account data, and provides Klayr Agent diagnostics, dashboards, reports, and manual action plans.

KlayrAI does not create, edit, pause, publish, or delete campaigns, budgets, audiences, ads, pixels, or assets through Meta APIs. Recommendations are advisory and must be reviewed and applied manually in Meta Ads Manager.

3. Accounts and Permissions

  • You must provide accurate account and workspace information.
  • You must have permission to connect the selected Meta ad account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality.
  • You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate Meta platform terms.

4. Billing

KlayrAI subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Plan access depends on current billing status. You can manage subscription changes and cancellations through the billing portal when available.

5. Diagnostics and Recommendations

Diagnostics are generated from available Meta Ads data, onboarding context, and Klayr knowledge sources. Results may be incomplete when tracking, conversion data, spend history, or account access is incomplete. KlayrAI does not guarantee advertising outcomes.

6. Data and Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

KlayrAI is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlayrAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including advertising loss, lost profits, or business interruption.
